Normally, in a healthy body, there are two kidneys, each of them are located on one side of the spine. The kidneys are bean-shaped and the size of each kidney is about the size of your clenched fist.
There are numerous functions in the body; the kidneys are responsible for three main tasks as follows:

1 - Waste blood:
A series of metabolism in the body wastes such as urea, creatinine and uric acid is produced and secreted by the kidneys produce urine to excrete these substances.

2 - Regulation of body water: All with low high urine volume, water helps regulate body

3 - Production of certain hormones:
The most important thing is that the hormones in the body include:
A) regulate blood pressure.
B) Assist the production of red blood cells
